Return Policy

US/DOMESTIC
We offer Exchanges & Returns within 30 days of the order date. All items must be unworn and have the original tag and hygienic liner attached. We are unable to refund for expedited shipping costs on the original order. Items purchased during a sale or promotion may be subject to additional terms please carefully review before completing purchase as no exceptions will be made. Route Shipping is non-refundable even if a product is returned. Please use this link to start your Return or Exchange with Loop. Returns are subject to a $7.95 fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is delivered to the warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the product and issue your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.
INTERNATIONAL
We offer Exchanges & Returns within 30 days of the order date. Returns are subject to a $20 USD restocking fee. All items must be unworn and have the original tag and hygienic liner attached. We are unable to refund for expedited shipping costs on the original order. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Under certain conditions you are able to receive a refund of the duties and taxes paid from the country where you are located, however TA3 is unable to file the claim. Additional Return Guidelines
If you need your item by a certain date, we recommend returning for a refund and then placing a new order with expedited shipping to ensure you receive your item on time. Expedited shipping cannot be applied on Exchange orders and they will ship with FedEx ground. Exchange orders will ship when the original item(s) are dropped off for return at a Happy Returns location and or return is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Exchanges are limited to 2 times per order. To avoid multiple exchanges, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Happiness Team for assistance with sizing or styling at hello@luluhathaway.com
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, missing tags or hygienic liner. If upon inspection your return item does not meet the guidelines as outlined in our return policy, you will not be refunded.
OKS SALES & PROMOTIONS
Any products purchased during a OKS sale or promotion are subject to special terms.
Items marked Final Sale have been heavily discounted and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Items marked Store Credit Only, may only be returned for a store credit in the amount of the sale item they are not eligible for exchange and we will not price match. No exceptions will be made.
